On March 20, 2026, the unveiling and production launch ceremony of NOUS ROBOT (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. was successfully held at China-Singapore Smart Land (Wujiang) Suzhou Bay Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, marking the official commissioning of NOUS ROBOT's high-end manufacturing base in the Yangtze River Delta and accelerating the large-scale mass production of core components for humanoid robots.
Xu Yang, Chairman of NOUS ROBOT Group, Gu Quan, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Taihu New City, representatives from SAIC Financial Holdings, Leju Robotics, and other enterprises attended the event to witness this milestone moment.
As a wholly-owned subsidiary of NOUS ROBOT Group, the Suzhou base focuses on the forward design and complete in-house production of planetary roller screws and actuators, specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of core joint modules for humanoid robots, and is committed to becoming a globally leading manufacturer of high-end transmission components and core components for humanoid robots.
The base has currently achieved multiple key technological breakthroughs:
Overcoming the bottleneck of stable production of C5 precision screws;
Successfully mass-producing the world's smallest planetary roller screws with a diameter of 1.5mm and nut of 5.5mm, receiving commercial validation from leading customers;
Significantly reducing costs and shortening lead times through self-developed processes and strict quality control, addressing the pain points of large-scale mass production in the industry.
The Suzhou production base covers an area of nearly 10,000㎡, with an estimated annual output value of 300-500 million yuan when fully operational, which will comprehensively support the capacity leap of core components for humanoid robots and help the industry rapidly implement large-scale applications.
The production launch ceremony was held alongside the "Intelligent Manufacturing Suzhou · Driving the Future" industrial chain docking conference, where NOUS ROBOT gathered with chain enterprises and capital parties such as SAIC Financial Holdings, LinkTech, Leju Robotics, Xianglou New Materials, and Mingzhi Technology to discuss industrial synergy, deepen supply-demand docking, promote technology transfer, and help Suzhou build an "intelligent manufacturing city" industrial landmark.
